We're looking for someone who:

• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or a related field) and possesses at least (4) four years of professional experience in land development or site design projects.
• Demonstrates strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other relevant engineering software.
• Possesses a deep understanding of stormwater management principles and practices.
• Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and excels at managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Maintains exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Embraces a proactive, detail-oriented approach to every task.

Nice to haves:

• PE in PA is a major plus
• Experience working on brownfield/land re-development projects
