As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial success of our operations. You’ll work closely with leadership to provide financial reporting, in-depth analysis, and strategic recommendations that improve efficiency and drive profitability. What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with Operations leadership to analyze financial performance and support decision-making.
  • Develop forecasts, budgets, and cost analyses to drive profitability.
  • Identify process improvements and implement key cost-saving initiatives.
  • Provide insights into financial and operational goals, recommending strategic actions.
  • Lead month-end close activities, including journal entries, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
  • Evaluate accounting policies, internal controls, and reporting processes—then take the lead in optimizing them.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.

What You Bring:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 3+ years of accounting/finance experience (preferably in manufacturing).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret and present complex financial data in a clear, actionable way.
  • Experience leading and implementing process improvements.
  • Proficiency in ERP and financial systems.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Preferred:

  • MBA, CPA, or progress toward certification.
  • 5+ years of experience in finance/accounting within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with QAD, Oracle, Hyperion, or similar systems.
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and financial analysis models (ROI, NPV, IRR).
