Overview
As a Training and Development Specialist (TDS), you are responsible for contributing to and participating in the creation, curation, and delivery of adult learning programs for Rithum. In this role you utilize internal knowledge resources to develop a curriculum that reflects best practices and technical detail and organizes training activities to deliver and maintain appropriate content across multiple mediums. You demonstrate familiarity with instructional methods, content organization, and skills development, and leverage these skills to ensure knowledge acquisition, application, and retention.
In this role, you work in conjunction with your manager and other team members to actively assess the needs of individuals, teams and the organization to find gaps in skills, knowledge and performance and to address these gaps through appropriate training. You are a key part of the Rithum global workforce, providing seamless and consistent service to clients and colleagues, regardless of location.
As a TDS, you demonstrate personal responsibility for career self-management by identifying and pursuing opportunities for competency, role, or career improvement. A successful TDS maximizes use of internal company resources to develop their professional skill set, and applies insights gained through both formal and informal feedback. The TDS is a veteran contributor who is passionate about designing, implementing and coordinating effective methods to educate, enhance performance and drive client service quality and service delivery.
