Role Overview

The Executive Engagement Officer supports Axon’s Global Executive Engagement function by coordinating, preparing, and executing executive-level engagement activities across international markets. Working under the direction of the Senior Vice President, Global Sales Programs & Partners, this role ensures that engagements with senior police, defence, and government leaders are well-prepared, professionally delivered, and effectively followed through. The role focuses on operational execution, stakeholder coordination, and internal alignment rather than setting strategy or owning executive relationships independently.

Key Contribution

As Axon’s portfolio and international footprint continue to expand, effective executive engagement requires discipline, consistency, and high-quality execution. In this role, you will support engagement activities that strengthen Axon’s relationships with senior public safety leaders and ensure continuity across meetings, events, and follow-up actions. Your work helps translate executive interactions into sustained engagement and supports the broader adoption of Axon’s ecosystem, including TASER, body-worn video, digital evidence, and cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of executive engagements with senior leaders across police, defence, and government agencies internationally.
  • Prepare and coordinate briefing materials, background research, stakeholder profiles, and meeting documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of executive engagements, including stakeholder contacts, engagement history, and agreed next steps.
  • Coordinate internally with regional sales leaders, consultants, and cross-functional teams to support engagement objectives.
  • Assist with the organisation and delivery of executive roundtables, forums, and high-level meetings, including logistics, agendas, and participant coordination.
  • Track engagement outcomes and actions, ensuring timely follow-up and internal visibility.
  • Support the coordination and administration of external advisors and consultants in line with approved engagement plans.
  • Represent Axon at selected meetings or events as delegated and accompanied, ensuring alignment with agreed messaging and objectives.
  • Monitor relevant public safety, regulatory, and market developments to support engagement preparation and situational awareness.
  • Contribute to internal reporting, summaries, and insights related to executive engagement activity.

Performance Measures

  • Executive engagements are consistently well-prepared, documented, and followed through.
  • Engagement records and stakeholder information are accurate and maintained.
  • Internal stakeholders report effective coordination and communication.
  • Executive roundtables and events are delivered professionally and to plan.
  • Consultant and advisor coordination is timely, compliant, and aligned to priorities set by the Director, Global Executive Engagement.
  • Engagement processes and templates are applied consistently.

Experience and Capabilities

  • 5+ years’ experience in executive engagement support, government relations, program coordination, or senior stakeholder management.
  • Experience working with police, defence, government, or public sector organisations is strongly preferred.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of briefing materials.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when working with senior leaders and sensitive information.
  • Ability to operate effectively across regions, cultures, and time zones.
  • Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented working style.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard collaboration tools.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required, typically up to 40–50%.
