Description & Requirements

The Channel Sales Director will be responsible for expanding and optimizing Infor’s partner ecosystem across a defined region or vertical. This role requires a proven leader who can identify, onboard, and activate channel partners to drive pipeline generation and accelerate revenue. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and enablement teams to ensure our partners are empowered, aligned, and performing.

A Day in The life typically Includes: 

  • Develop and execute a partner recruitment and growth strategy aligned with Infor’s go-to-market objectives. 
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic channel partners, ensuring alignment with sales targets and partner business plans. 
  • Drive joint business planning, pipeline development, and forecast accuracy. 
  • Collaborate with field sales to support partner-led and partner-influenced opportunities. 
  • Ensure partners are fully enabled and certified on Infor’s product portfolio and cloud solutions. 
  • Champion partner needs internally while ensuring compliance with Infor’s policies and standards. 
  • Leverage data and KPIs to measure partner performance and ROI, and adjust strategies accordingly. 
  • Serve as the regional liaison for global alliance initiatives and strategic ISV relationships when applicable. 

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Be an experience leader in channel sales, partner management, or enterprise software sales. 
  • Experience building and scaling partner ecosystems in a B2B SaaS or enterprise tech environment. 
  • Experience of cloud / Saas / ERP/ SCM solutions, and partner enablement. 
  • Experience influencing cross-functionally and operate at both strategic and tactical levels. 
  • Presentation experience, having the ability to negotiate and influence up to C level. 
  • Travel up to 50%.
