Role Overview
Q4 is seeking a detail-oriented and persistent Content Services Research Analyst to join our team for a 6-month contract. This is a high-volume, manually intensive role focused on maintaining the integrity of the data powering our AI-driven Investor Relations platform. You will be responsible for resolving a backlog of customer tickets by researching, verifying, and updating investor contact information.
This role is ideal for a junior professional or recent graduate who is curious about Capital Markets and eager to utilize AI tools to improve data workflows.
Key Responsibilities

Ticket Resolution: Systematically process a high volume of customer tickets related to inaccurate or duplicate investor contact information.

Manual Research: Conduct deep-dive research using LinkedIn, company websites, and industry databases to verify professional details.

Data Integration: Update, correct, and merge contact records within Q4’s internal systems with a high degree of accuracy.

Customer Communication: Provide clear and timely updates to customers once their data inquiries have been resolved.

Workflow Innovation: Utilize basic AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to assist in research efficiency and data verification.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 0–2 years of experience; this is an entry-level position suitable for those starting their career in SaaS or Finance.

Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with Google Workspace (GDocs/Sheets) and basic computer operations.

AI Curiosity: Beginner-level experience or a strong interest in using AI chat tools to enhance productivity.

Research Ability: Proven ability to navigate the web and social media (LinkedIn) to find specific, hard-to-locate information.

Persistence: Comfort with repetitive, volume-based tasks and the ability to maintain focus over long periods.
