Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including a physician, RN, genetic counselor, and office staff, to provide comprehensive care.
Conduct genetics consultations and screenings for pediatric patients with cancer, intellectual disabilities, genetic syndromes, and other conditions.
Provide inpatient genetic consultations as needed.
Participate in research studies and clinical trials to advance knowledge in the field of pediatric genetics.
Develop and lead educational programs for residents and medical students.
Deliver care to a diverse patient population, ensuring a personalized and compassionate approach.
Maintain regular Monday-Friday work hours with no weekend shifts.
Practice within a facility located on the hospital campus.
Qualifications:
Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC) in Clinical Genetics & Genomics (ABMGG).
Possess or obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license prior to employment.
Eligible for and able to maintain DEA certification for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
