POSITION OVERVIEW

Provides administrative and technical support for Business Applications and supporting technologies.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Support and maintain the technical infrastructure of the Organization’s mission-critical applications.
  • Understand the technical capabilities of the applications and supporting framework.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to understand business priorities and support the configuration of software to enable supporting processes.
  • Manage and maintain key data elements for the effective use of applications in a secure and highly available architecture.
  • Participate and contribute to internal Change Management process.
  • Work with cross-functional departments to develop optimal architecture and deployment strategies.
  • Educate and communicate with end users to successfully utilize and adopt existing and new technology.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to understand system requirements and determine capabilities and/or new functionality.
  • Manage various projects related to the assigned functional area within allotted timeline and budget.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Maintaining high level of honesty, integrity and confidentiality with respect to company matters. 

WHAT TO BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience working in an IT role.
  • Knowledge and experience with the organization’s key software platforms.
  • Must be willing to respond to support calls during nonstandard hours.
  • Knowledge and experience with networking fundamentals.

WHAT WILL HELP

  • Experience managing vendor relationships.   
  • Knowledge of Cisco Networking
  • Knowledge of Cisco ISE
  • Knowledge of Palo Alto Firewalls and Prisma
  • Knowledge of Frotigate Firewalls
