Expand your research experience with Microba Therapeutics

The Therapeutics division at Microba Life Sciences supports higher degree research (HDR) students—typically PhD or MSc candidates—who are required to complete an industry placement as part of their program.

This portal is designed to capture EOIs for future internships. While we are not actively hiring interns at this time, applications submitted here will be kept on file and reviewed regularly by our HR and Leadership teams. Suitable candidates may be contacted if an opportunity arises that aligns with their profile.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered, you must:

• Be a current postgraduate student (PhD or MSc) undertaking a placement as part of a formal university program
• Have a program case manager or placement coordinator supporting your internship
• Be seeking an unpaid placement

Possess relevant expertise in at least one of the following areas:

• Microbiology
• Cell biology or immunology
• Metabolomics or proteomics
• Natural product discovery
