Description

Under the direction of the Manager, this position is responsible for fee processing and revenue reporting for the Trust Services Group (TSG). Ensures fees are properly charged to the client accounts and posted to the general ledger. Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual financial, regulatory and management reports for TSG. Pulls data and performs financial analyses as needed. 



Responsibilities
  • Sets up and maintains fee blocks in the trust system to charge fees to client accounts, in accordance with fee instructions and published fee schedules. Performs various fee processes to collect and record fee revenue. Reviews fee documentation for requirements and compliance. Generates fee invoices as needed and processes various types of payments received (ie: checks, wires, ACH). Tracks fee delinquencies and works with the appropriate Account Officers for resolution.
  • Prepares regulatory and management reports for TSG. Conducts research and analysis as needed. Assists with projects or other initiatives as required.
  • Responds to internal and external client or audit requests on a timely basis. Completes various memos, reports, balancing functions, and internal and external correspondence, as appropriate.
  • Establishes and updates procedures relative to the department’s function. Performs testing of system updates, enhancements, conversions, and process improvements. Attends ongoing training, maintains and develops personal and technical skills relative to the position.
  • Performs all other miscellaneous responsibilities and duties as assigned.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution in finance, accounting or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of work experience in accounting, finance or related field. Financial reporting experience preferred. Banking or financial services industry preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency and expertise with personal computers in a networked environment and Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point). Knowledge of or ability to use bank systems and software.
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills. Must be analytical, detail oriented and organized. Must be able to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities. Able to work flexible hours including holidays, weekends and evenings as needed or assigned.
