Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Temporary Research Assistant for the Department of Medicine-Infectious Diseases within the New Jersey Medical School. The primary purpose of the Temporary Research Assistant is to, under direction of the Clinical Research Site ( CRS ) Leader, assist the Rutgers New Jersey Medical School Clinical Research Center as directed in all aspects of the program. Among the key duties of this position are the following: Assists with implementation of NJMS CRC clinical trials. Assists with recruitment initiatives as needed, including participant facing activities on site or in the field. Maintains research files and databases. Performs quality control and quality assurance activities on active clinical trials. Performs data entry for clinical trials conducted at NJMS CRC . Assists with maintenance of NJMS Clinical Research Center supply inventory.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related field. One (1) year of professional experience. Prior experience working on an interdisciplinary team. Demonstrated experience working within diverse communities of color, LGBTQ communities and venues.
