Jovian Concepts, Inc is looking to hire a Software Engineer level 2 for a great opportunity in the Annapolis Junction area. TS/SCI Clearance with a Poly required. No CCA's will be accepted at this time.
T
he ideal candidate for this position will have experience with:
- Analyze user requirements to derive software design to code new software or modify existing software adding new features and capabilities
- Debug existing software and correct defects
- Design or implement database or data repository interfaces/queries
- Design or implement complex algorithms requiring adherence to strict timing, system resource, or interface constraints
- Integrate automated testing as part of the development lifecycle
Requirements
- A current and active TS/SCI Clearance with a Polygraph. No CCA's will be accepted at this time.
- (14) years’ experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
- Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree
- Experience with Docker Compose; Kubernetes; Ansible; ArgoCD; Helm; Prometheus / Grafana
