PURPOSE:
We are recruiting for a Senior Finance Analyst to join our team. Step into a role where your analytical strength and commercial curiosity directly shape how our brands win in the marketplace. As a Senior Finance Analyst within our pladis Americas finance team, you’ll partner closely with cross‑functional team to unlock profitable growth, sharpen pricing and promotion strategies, and elevate the financial rigor behind our customer plans. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND DELIVERABLES:
Business Partnering
Serve as the key finance partner marketing and sales
Serve as point of contact for Audit on topics related to Sales and Customer finance information.
Customer Finance/Net Revenue Management
Ensure adherence to budgeted trade spend and support Monthly Forecasting, Accruals, Reporting of Actuals, Variance Analysis and Control.
Provide financial oversight to trade and display budgets. Maintain monthly meetings with Sales team to review promotional plans, understand key variances of promotional spend & highlight potential risks based on sell-out and/or customer mix.
Build knowledge base of promotional activity, success factors and ROI.
Review on shelf pricing and promotional activity to highlight any ‘out of guideline’ price activity.
Review trade terms and execution to identify opportunities to drive G2N improvement.
Maintain view of 8Q pricing and PPA plans.
Maintain view of competitor price/lb in market & identify opportunities/whitespace.
Maintain visibility of market growth via pricing vs volume for pladis versus category and competition.
Manage ‘live’ file of potential sales opportunities & risks with clear line of site to Return on Investment
Challenge sales on forecasts based on trends and insights.
Maintain visibility of customer performance versus AOP, LV and PY and challenge Sales team as needed to ensure alignment with objectives.
Partner with the broader finance function to improve existing business processes and implement new business processes.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Demonstrated experience in Sales Finance function (within CPG and/or Food/Snacking as above)
Advanced analytical skills and demonstrated experience harnessing technology to share & evaluate data and drive insights to make informed business decisions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Build from scratch mentality with the ability to institute new standardized processes and establish a consistent, disciplined approach to how we operate.
A drive, commitment and sense of urgency.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, D365, Blue planner
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
4+ years of experience in CPG or Food/Snacking Industry
B.A./B.S. in Accounting and relevant experience.

ADDITIONAL JOB DETAILS:
Base starting salary ranges from $92,438 - $138,656/year. The base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, this role includes:
