Summary of Role:
The Senior Financial Analyst – Global IT (GFIT) Finance will play a critical role in driving financial governance, cost transparency, and strategic decision support for Global IT Operations. This position partners closely with IT leadership, Manufacturing Finance, and SG&A Finance to ensure disciplined cost management, accurate forecasting, and adherence to global financial policies.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead the annual budget, long-range planning, and quarterly forecasting cycles for Global IT Operations and Manufacturing.

  • Perform detailed variance analysis (actuals vs. forecast/budget) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.

  • Conduct MEC (Month-End Close) review and analysis to ensure accurate accruals, cost alignment, and GL integrity.

  • Support development, management, and optimization of Opex, Capex, and IT project spend.

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and lead initiatives to optimize IT spending across global operations.

  • Partner with IT leadership to implement cost management best practices and monitor progress toward cost-reduction or efficiency targets.

  • Prepare and deliver high-quality financial reports, dashboards, and executive summaries to IT and Finance leadership.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of FP&A or Business Finance experience.

  • Strong proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) and understanding of GL structures.

  • Demonstrated experience managing Capex/Opex and global budgeting processes.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

  • Solid understanding of month-end close processes, reporting, and capitalization rules.

  • Fluency in English Language – written & verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SAP preferred

  • Experience implementing automation in finance workflows (RPA, AI forecasting, Power BI enhancements).

  • Ability to manage large datasets and integrate multiple data sources for reporting and analysis.

  • Project management skills - i.e., the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong planning & organizational skills.

Expected Salary Range

$105,000.00 - $189,000.00
