In this role, you'll serve as a senior technical leader, responsible for guiding complex projects and being a trusted advisor in your field. You'll take the lead on various assignments, ensuring project deliverables align with client expectations while closely monitoring project health. Your expertise will elevate design quality and foster collaboration across teams, strengthening client partnerships through effective communication. As a mentor, you also play a significant part in the development of junior engineers, all while impacting the overall quality of standards and practices in your discipline.
Accountabilities
- Deliver and oversee complex multi-discipline projects.
- Act as a technical lead and mentor for engineers and designers.
- Ensure alignment of project scope and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
- Contribute to discipline documentation and standards.
- Identify project risks early and recommend adjustments.
- Participate in technical reviews and quality assurance processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in AEC or similar fields.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Expertise in design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and GitHub.
- Excellent communication and mentoring abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
- Understanding of project delivery workflows and client coordination.
