As a Management Trainee-Risk Manager, you will be an integral part of our risk management team, working closely with senior managers and stakeholders. Your primary focus will be on identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across various business processes and operations. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in risk management and contribute to the bank's overall success.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and identify potential risks across business functions.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and analyze key risk indicators, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with business units to understand their risk profiles and provide risk management advice.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in risk management.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of risk management policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk awareness training sessions for employees and promote a culture of risk awareness.
• Support the implementation of risk management frameworks and tools.
• Work on special projects related to risk management as assigned by senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
