📌 *Key Responsibilities*
• Lead and manage the laboratory team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor lab protocols, SOPs, and quality assurance systems.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, calibration, and procurement.
• Provide technical guidance and training to lab staff.
• Collaborate with management to improve efficiency and introduce new technologies.
• Prepare reports, analyze data, and present findings to senior leadership.
