We are delighted to work exclusively with a Real Estate Private Equity firm who are now growing its London based Investment team and hiring an Analyst to work alongside an experienced Managing Director.
THE ROLE:
- Develop asset acquisition financial analysis
- Create multiple scenarios using different finance strategies
- Assist in the due diligence process
- Undertake market research and maintain a database of key transactions
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Investment Banking or RE firm
- Experience with financial modelling
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Strong creative problem solving skills
