Who we are looking for:
First Eagle is seeking a Credit Investment Professional for its Tradable Credit team in its Chicago office.
The successful candidate will be involved with:
Investment screening
Financial modeling
Industry research, performing all levels of due diligence on potential investments
Presenting investment recommendations to portfolio managers
Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree, preferably in finance, business, economics or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an analyst in investment banking, direct lending/private credit, commercial banking or on a leveraged debt trading desk
Direct experience in leveraged finance, credit analysis, hedge fund or direct lending is preferred
Technology sector is preferred
Strong financial modeling and communication skills
Disciplined work style with attention to detail
Ability to manage time constraints and effectively meet deadlines
A track record of and orientation towards achieving results as a team while being a strong direct contributor
Base Salary range: $100,000 - $140,000 . In addition, this role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus. Compensation may vary based upon, but not limited to – the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
