The Role

As a Conduct Risk Analyst, you will be a key member of the Regional Conduct Team, supporting the Conduct Risk Manager for Consumer Lines EMEA. You will ensure the quality, accuracy, and completeness of conduct-related data, provide analysis to meet business line requirements, and support conduct governance, product, and conduct risk activities. The role also involves coordinating monthly and quarterly conduct information, preparing management committee reports, and supporting the administration of the Consumer Lines EMEA governance framework.

This position is critical in providing assurance to the Conduct Risk Manager and the wider organization regarding data quality, identifying conduct issues and trends, and recommending improvements to controls and customer experience while mitigating risk exposure. The successful candidate will be adaptable, able to manage changing priorities, and demonstrate strong time management and flexibility.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely submission of conduct-related data from both system and manual sources.
  • Collaborate with business functions to integrate new or modified schemes/products into the conduct database.
  • Perform ongoing data audits to maintain quality, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Identify, log, and resolve data issues, providing status reports and action plans to management.
  • Work closely with colleagues across Account Management, Underwriting, Claims, Complaints, Operations, and Business Intelligence to resolve data issues.
  • Analyse trends and exceptions in conduct data, investigate findings, and present recommendations.
  • Support conduct function activities, including regulatory report submissions, appointed representative activity, product reviews, product modification requests, local governance meetings, MI breach investigations, and deep-dive investigations.
  • Review management information and reporting for efficiency and compliance; propose and implement solutions as agreed.
  • Maintain governance procedures in line with evolving governance activities.
  • Gather and review management information from multiple stakeholders for quarterly reporting.
  • Prepare aggregated reporting packs and maintain logs and templates.
  • Administer reporting and governance framework activities.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.


Qualifications

Skills & Experience:

•  Degree qualification, preferably in Mathematics or Business.
•  Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Advanced Visual Basic would be an advantage.
•  Previous experience working for a global insurance company or similar financial services organization would be an advantage, 
•  Experience preparing reports, analysing data, and interpreting results to identify trends, process performance and risk management controls.
