Client Portfolio Manager – Real Estate

Responsibilities:

• Manage Real Estate Portfolio of Individuals and give solutions for liquidating their assets
• Client relation management and build the portfolio
• Build and manage builder network and manage the relationship
• Give solution for client requirement and develop client portfolio
• Drive the revenue stream for the growth of the organization Part of achieving organizational level goal
• Drive to achieve organization’s Vision, Mission, and Values.
• Explore opportunity of portfolio building in field Operations along with digital platform
• Should be able to achieve given Targets

Requirements:

• Graduate - specialization form any discipline is ok
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidate should be a go getter with high energy levels
• Passion for client management
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail.
