The Quabbin Regional School District is seeking an experienced secondary Chemistry Teacher for the 2025-26 school year.
Responsibilities include:
Extensive knowledge in subject area; Experience Teaching AP Chemistry is preferred.
Design lessons with clear, measurable goals; plan and implement effective lessons that engage students in active learning:
Must be consistent in communicating high standards and expectations to students;
Ability to plan formative and summative assessments that inform instruction;
Must be able to incorporate higher order thinking skills into lesson planning;
Collaboration with members of the department is essential:
Provide communication with parents to give feedback on student performance.
