Support business decisions by providing quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reporting of patterns, insights, and trends to executive leadership to drive strategic business decisioning. Analyze business problems and issues using various analytical tools that incorporate data from multiple data sources.  Developing an understanding of business needs and objectives and translate them into analytical solutions. Developing professional with basic skill set and proficiency with procedures and analysis techniques.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and analyze trends or patterns in member data and demographics, and prepare ongoing reports and data visualizations that inform strategy and support member‑focused business decisions
  • Contribute to analyses identifying and showcasing key performance indicators, identifying areas of improvement within member operations, and partnering with business units to deliver advanced analytics that inform decisions and optimize member experiences
  • Communicate findings and insights related to member performance and outcomes to peers, mid‑level management, and executive leadership through clear data storytelling and visualizations
  • Create specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements
  • Collaborate with team members and participate in team projects and cross-functional initiatives
  • Document analytical approaches, data sources, and findings through technical documentation and internal knowledge resources, and support the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and repeatable reporting processes


Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or analytics consulting

  • Basic understanding of business and operating environment

  • Effective skill using business intelligence applications and cloud-based data tools

  • Knowledge of data integration, cleaning and validation techniques

  • Effective skill using statistical methods, mathematical techniques, forecasting, cost-benefit analysis

  • Working knowledge of various data structures and the ability to manipulate data within visualization tools

  • Experience presenting analytical insights to senior or executive leadership.

  • Experience creating presentation materials and analytical storytelling using PowerPoint or similar tools

  • Experience communicating analytical findings through presentations and written documentation to both general and technical audiences

  • Experience writing technical documentation, SOPs, or analytical requirements

  • Strong research and problem-solving skills

  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder collaboration skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Analytics, or related field
