Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, OR 3+ years of relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
2 or more years of work experience.
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2+ years of professional experience with a bachelor’s degree, or an advanced degree (M.S., MBA, JD, MD).
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in IAM governance, programming/coding, and Gen AI.
Strong understanding of IAM frameworks, policies, and procedures.
Advanced proficiency in Python and/or Java for automation, including API integration and scripting. Practical experience with Git or other version control tools.
Advanced data-analytics and scripting skills in Excel, Python, PowerShell, and C, leveraged to build AI-enabled workflow automation and actionable insights.
Solid understanding and practical usage of GenAI/AI technologies (such as OpenAI GPT, Microsoft Copilot, or custom LLM deployments) in IAM operations or security workflows.
Strong knowledge of IAM frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001), policies, and technical implementation.
In-depth knowledge of application architecture, authentication, and authorization models.
Experience with IAM platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD, CyberArk) and integrating APIs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage cross-functional stakeholders and document technical processes.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations such as GDPR, SOX, HIPAA, etc.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CISM, Microsoft/Azure/Okta certifications) preferred.
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 112,400.00 to 174,500.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
